Jennifer Nelms, BS
Jennifer is the office manager and intake coordinator at Faithful Counsel—and the friendly voice who will help you get started. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Certificate in Biblical Counseling. Jennifer answers questions, helps match clients with the right counselor, and guides them through registration and scheduling. Understanding that reaching out can feel difficult, she strives to make the process simple, welcoming, and encouraging from the very first call.
About Jennifer
Jennifer is the office manager and intake coordinator for Faithful Counsel. She is the first person you’ll speak with when calling with questions or to schedule an appointment. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Joseph’s College and recently completed the Biblical Counseling course. She loves having the opportunity to be the first person you connect with and delights in answering all your questions, helping you find the right counselor, and walking you through the steps required to register for your first session!
Jennifer has a heart for people and aims to offer hope to all who call - whether it be a friendly voice, a listening ear, or a relevant Bible verse that comes to mind. She fully understands that making the call for counseling is not always easy, and her goal is to make it as simple and pleasurable as possible, helping you feel confident you’ve made the right decision calling us.

Outside of this role, Jennifer participates in her church band as a guitarist and spends her free time baking, reading, and enjoying time with her family.
