About Rebecca
Rebecca brings more than a decade of experience in counseling, pastoral care, youth services, and spiritual support. She especially enjoys working with adults, women, couples, ministry leaders, and those navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, and spiritual struggles.
Rebecca's approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. She draws from cognitive-behavioral principles, family systems, narrative work, and practical biblical wisdom. She believes that understanding a person's story matters, but lasting change requires more than insight alone. Her goal is to help clients recognize the thoughts and beliefs influencing their emotions and
choices, examine those beliefs in light of Scripture, and begin responding according to what is true.
Rebecca views emotions as important signals rather than reliable authorities. Through the Think Right Framework, she helps clients identify what their emotional "check-engine lights" may be pointing to and trace those reactions back to the beliefs beneath them. Scripture provides the foundation for determining truth and moving toward meaningful change.
Rebecca describes her counseling style as compassionate, biblical, honest, steady, and practical. She hopes clients experience a safe place to be genuinely known while also gaining the clarity and practical tools needed to renew their minds, make different choices, and experience greater freedom in Christ.

From Unveiled Glory to Final Glory Scripture Focus: Matthew 17:1-8; Romans 8:30; Philippians 3:20-21; 1 John 3:2 The Transfiguration is often viewed as a miraculous mountaintop moment, but doctrinally it is far more than a display of divine power. It is a revelation of Christ's true identity and a preview of God's ultimate purpose for His people. Moses and Elijah are often understood as representing the law and the prophets. On the mountain, Jesus did not become glorious. Rather, the veil was...

Wine to Wine: The Ministry Arc of Jesus
Jesus’ public ministry begins with wine and ends with wine. Not as a poetic coincidence — but as a striking contrast that, when viewed within the larger biblical story, offers a beautiful picture of the gospel. At Cana, He gives wine. At Calvary, He drinks wine. And between those two cups, the whole story of redemption unfolds. The First Cup: Joy Overflowing at Cana (John 2:1–11) Jesus ’ first miracle is not a healing, a deliverance, or a sermon. It is wine — abundant, excellent, undeserved....

🌿Peace in His Presence
🌿 Real Peace Comes From Walking in His Ways Biblical peace is not emotional calm but the Spirit‑produced result of a life aligned with God’s revealed truth. 📖 The Biblical Foundation of Peace Romans 8:6 states: “For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.” Paul is contrasting two ways of life: The mind set on the flesh — a life governed by sinful desires, self‑rule, and independence from God. The mind set on the Spirit — a life governed by...
