Jessica Brock, MA, BCC

Jessica has worked in faith-based helping environments since 2019 and especially enjoys working with children, adolescents, teens, and college-age young adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and the challenges of growing into adulthood. Her approach is biblical, honest, encouraging, and relatable, with an emphasis on helping clients understand how their thoughts and beliefs shape their emotions and choices. Using the Think Right Framework, Jessica helps clients “take every thought captive,” move from anxious “what if” thinking toward an “even if” faith, and experience greater freedom through the truth of God’s Word.

About Jessica

Jessica has worked in faith-based helping environments since 2019 and has served with Faithful Counsel since 2025. She especially enjoys working with children, adolescents, teens, and college-age young adults. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, stress, and the unique challenges facing teens and young adults.

Jessica's counseling approach is intentional, active, and strongly rooted in Scripture. She believes meaningful change involves more than simply relieving uncomfortable symptoms. Our habits and actions often reveal what we truly believe, including what we believe about God and His role in our lives.

Jessica especially appreciates the practical nature of the Think Right Framework. She sees it as a concrete way of applying the biblical instruction to "take every thought captive" and making our thinking obedient to Christ. The Emotional Check Engine Lights process gives clients a visual way to slow down, honestly identify what they are thinking and feeling, and bring those thoughts back under the truth of God's Word.

Jessica believes emotions can function like warning lights. They can alert us that something needs attention and ultimately remind us of our dependence on God. Rather than allowing fear, anxiety, or doubt to dictate what happens next, she wants clients to learn how to replace "what if" thinking with an "even if" faith that rests in who God is. Jessica describes herself as biblical, honest, encouraging, relatable, and personable.

She hopes clients experience the freedom and light that come from living according to God's truth rather than being controlled by the pressures, fears, and messages of the world.
